How to Enjoy Your Running

I collaborated with Emily Rudow an accomplished Canadian runner to write the article How to Enjoy Your Running. In the article we talk about why we run, the challenges in the process, and how you can love running and find your why’s to run.

Back in 2017, Emily broke a world record by running 74 consecutive half marathons (21.1km/13.1 miles) while raising over $10,000 to help fight cancer. She is now approaching her 1,000th day of consecutive running.
