I was due to take part in the London half marathon on Sunday, however due to Storm Dennis the organisers rightly called off the event due to health and safety concerns.
The first part of my week was preparing and tapering down my training for Sunday’s race, however once I knew it was cancelled, I modified my training back to focus on the London Marathon, doing an easy paced 20 mile run instead.
Following my midweek strengthening session R&D Physios￼, I did a short interview (below) sharing some marathon tips.
