Managing your emotions for success in running

As runners, we can focus a lot on a sound body. The aim of this workshop was to help runners develop their psychological training to try to help them be the best runner they can be.

This is a condensed version of the 2.5 hour workshop, with a focus on a sound mind, it was led by:

  1. Stuart Holliday (Focused Mind Coaching) ASICS Sports psychologist, who trains both amateur and elite athletes.
  2. William Pullen, renowned psychotherapist and author of the book Run for your life, where he works and runs with clients to help them connect and align their mind, body and spirit.
  3. Marcus Brown, Six Star World Major Finisher, LiRF Coach, multiple marathoner.

Thanks to the runners that attended the London workshop and to Ed Price for filming it.
