Refine your intentions

In life everyone is going through some form of challenge that is unseen, which has a way of permeating externally.

I am really inspired by the experience shared in a recent post by Jill, who despite the challenges she experiences daily with autoimmune diseases, including the impact and side effects from the treatments she has such an incredible insight into focusing on what is important.

Which is whilst our physical appearance will change, the important thing is to let our inner light burn bright, so it can be seen. And remember that beauty comes from the inside first, before it can be seen externally.

Whilst everyone may not see it, recognise it in yourself primarily, and believe that the important people will see it too.

Life isn’t straight forward, there’s challenges and things that will knock you off course, and whilst there isn’t always a solution. Despite this it is important to stay mindful of your intentions.

No one including me is perfect and it’s easy to be knocked off course by life and, for our intentions to be compromised from beliefs which don’t serve us and the wider world for the better.

Therefore take responsibility to be consciously aware on a daily basis to refine your intentions. Which proceed your actions in the world.

  2. Thank you for sharing Marcus. I do not follow Jill on IG, but plan check her out. I suffer from an autoimmune disease as well and look forward to reading about her journey.
